TLPARBMESH – PVC-u Arch Bead with Mesh
Designed specifically for curved features and arches, the TLPARBMESH helps create smooth, consistent arch edges within thermal insulation systems.The integrated glass fibre mesh reinforces the render while helping to minimise the risk of hairline cracking. Suitable for internal applications, the bead can accommodate arcs of various radii, making it ideal for feature openings and decorative architectural details.
TLPERSMESH – Base Track Clip-on Drip Bead
The TLPERSMESH has been developed to provide an effective drainage solution at the base of rendered external wall insulation systems.This clip-on PVC profile fits directly onto EWI base starter tracks and incorporates reinforcing mesh to create a durable connection between the profile and the system mesh. By directing water away from the wall surface, the bead helps prevent moisture travelling back towards the building, reducing the potential for damp-related issues while delivering a neat, professional finish.
TLPMWABNOSED – PVC-u Meshed Wing Nosed Angle Bead
The TLPMWABNOSED is a PVC-u render meshed wing corner bead designed for use on 90° angles within thin-coat render systems.Featuring integrated glass fibre mesh wings, the bead becomes fully incorporated into the render system, helping to improve strength, stability and long-term durability. The prominent nosed profile acts as a depth guide during installation, ensuring consistent render thickness while also providing enhanced impact resistance to vulnerable corners.Ideal for creating clean, precise corner details, the TLPMWABNOSED helps installers achieve a professional finish while improving the overall performance and longevity of the façade system.
TLPSBMESH – PVC-u Stop Bead with Mesh
Completing the launch is the TLPSBMESH, a stop bead designed to deliver precise render termination lines while providing additional system reinforcement.Featuring a 100mm glass fibre mesh wing, the bead helps maintain system stability and durability while ensuring a straight, professional finish. Suitable for both internal and external applications, it is available in multiple render depth options to suit different project requirements.
